False Awakening is a solo project of Canadian musician Julian Iron. Some of his influences include Godspeed You Black Emperor and Mono and FA’s sound is described as a combination of “ambient, dynamic post-rock and experimental music.”

So far, he produced 3 EPs and one LP, all of which can be downloaded via FA’s MySpace page.
